Message	and everything else. First remove the differential from the subframe, then using a 2x4 about 24" long place it across from the rear center beam and the front arched beam, but make sure it extends at least 3" pass both frnt and rear cross beams and place a jack right on the center of the 2X4. Loosen up the bolts leaving about a full nut on the studs, brake the subframe loose from the studs, then slowly lower it with the jack. Done in less than 30 mins.
